Attio consulting

Attio consultant for B2B revenue teams

Implementation, migration, and automation for teams that chose Attio because their CRM should mirror how they actually sell. Independent, based in Berlin, working across Europe. We run our own revenue operation on Attio, so every recommendation comes from daily practice, not a partner brochure.

Who hires us

Attio's customer base skews to product-led and AI-native B2B companies, and the teams that get the most from it are usually under fifty people with no dedicated CRM admin. That is exactly who we work with: founders and revenue teams who need the system built right once, documented, and handed over. If you are a large sales org that needs enterprise guardrails and an all-in-one marketing suite, we will tell you honestly that HubSpot is the better home, and we have written the full comparison: Attio vs HubSpot, the honest 2026 comparison.

What we do

Implementation from zero

Data model designed around your revenue motion, not the default objects. Pipelines, lifecycle stages, views per role, and the reporting your team will actually read.

HubSpot or Salesforce migration

Field mapping, import sequencing that preserves record associations, activity history handling, and a cutover plan that does not leave your team without a CRM for three weeks.

Clay and n8n integrations

Attio plus Clay for enrichment plus n8n for automation is the stack we build on daily. Signal capture, routing, and enrichment wired into the records your team works.

AI workflows without credit burn

Attio meters AI by credits per seat and workspace. We design agentic workflows and AI attributes that spend those credits where they change outcomes, with a budget you set once.

Training and handover

Documentation your team can run without us. The goal of every engagement is that you stop needing it.

The migration traps nobody puts on their service page

Documented by teams who lived through it: migrations planned for a weekend that took three weeks, usage dropping to less than half during the transition, and run costs landing above the sticker price. None of it is a reason to avoid Attio. All of it is a reason to sequence the move properly.

  • Deal stage history does not migrate from HubSpot. If your reporting depends on stage timing, it must be exported and preserved deliberately before cutover.
  • Email and calendar sync left on during migration creates duplicate records from every incoming message. Sync goes off first, on last.
  • Imports in the wrong order break associations between companies, people, and deals. The sequence is not optional.
  • Salesforce orgs with custom Apex logic are a rebuild, not a migration. Anyone quoting a weekend for that has not done one.
  • The sticker price is not the run price. Credits for AI features and the integration glue around missing native connectors belong in the budget from day one.

How the engagement works

1

Plan first

The first consulting hours produce the implementation plan itself: what gets built, in what order, what each piece needs. The plan is yours either way, whether your team builds it or we do.

2

Build in blocks

Implementation is bought in defined blocks against the plan. No retainers, no lock-in, nothing built before it is scoped.

3

Hand over

Documentation, training, and a system your team runs alone. We measure success by how quickly you stop needing us.

Questions we get asked

What does Attio itself cost?

Per Attio's pricing page as of July 2026: free up to 3 seats, Plus at 39 EUR per seat monthly, Pro at 93 EUR per seat monthly, Enterprise custom. Custom objects need Pro. AI features run on a monthly credit allowance per seat, with paid add-ons beyond it. That credit line is the one most budgets miss.

Do you handle the migration end to end?

Yes: field mapping, import sequencing, activity history decisions, sync cutover, and validation. What we do not do is pretend it is a weekend job when your data says otherwise.

Why an independent consultant instead of a big partner agency?

You work with the person who does the work. We keep the practice small on purpose: plan-first engagements, senior work only, and the same stack we run ourselves, which is Attio wired to Clay, n8n, and Claude.
